Adam Jernow – Property Manager, Principal (Process)
Adam has over 5 years of professional experience managing co-ops and condos. Adam has experience in building finance, condo and co-op boards, and real estate investing. He has focused on improving building efficiency in management and operations, constructing financial models, and forming vendor alliances. He has a Bachelor of Science from Cornell and a MBA from UCLA. He has worked at global investment banks such as Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns. Adam is licensed as a New York State real estate salesperson and certified by New York City as a property manager.
Malcolm A. Punter – Property Manager, Principal (Plant)
Mr. Punter completed New York University’s course in studying real estate finance and sales. During the past six years he has worked in several aspects of the real estate business from facilities and property management, development and construction to commercial and residential marketing, sales and relocation services.
Gwen Del Toro – Property Manager, Operations
Ms. Del Toro has worked in several aspects of the real estate business including facilities and property management, mortgage finance, and business administration.
